    If you want ill pm the actual numbers. and locations of these houses and it'll make sense. I do very thorough fall cleanups, these two properties we did actually get 3 fall and a spring every year. 4 years into it now (both properties, neighbors) I have made those jobs super efficient. To be honest, I never hit numbers like that before, besides tree work, and even amazed myself.

    I figure daily, what my crew NETS per man hour. The figures are right, and even checked a few times because I didn't believe it myself.

    pretty soon here DOT number wont be required on smaller trucks.....the bill seems to be moving along nicely.

    Well wasted away a nice morning at another bid reading for work going away for next to nothing. 18 bids for one job. Co's working for free never will understand this :confused:

    i have a 52" hydro scag walk behind for sale for $1,000 bucks. Comes with a bagger. It has a brand new engine you could eat Easter dinner off.
