Ok. Driving off us 23 and silver lake road. A green oak township weigh master pulls over my f650 and 24' enclosed.

My driver had 1 week left on med card but got a ticket, the inspection was marked April 2011 so it was due in April 2012 got a ticket. Not expired though.

Jacked up enclosed trailer one of the four wheels brakes were weak but did stop got a faulty brake and put trailer out of service 2 tickets. Brakes and out of service.

Looked at brake away and my employees wrapped the cable around a chain so it wouldn't drag on ground. Ticket for that.

One light plug on the round lights in the center of dump box was corroded off. Ticket for faulty light.

One mud flap had a rip 1 inch long out of its 24" long flap. Ticket.

    Wheel simulator was loose. Ticket

    Mirror was alittle loose. Ticket

Rubber hood strap had a nick in it. Ticket

Tarp was held on to aluminum roll rite with 20 zip ties. Ticket because it not stitched

Wood boards on dump box were not bolted but shimmed. Been on for 4 years never came out. Ticket

Central hydro lines to salter in back dripped alittle oil. Ticket

I hate this. Stay off us 23. Between 96 and Whitmore lake

This truck has been pulled over 4-5 times before in novi and Oakland county weigh master.

Never had a problem before other than having a low tire one time.

I just think this weigh master thing is out of control. It's all a money game now.

I really think you could be 100% and you will get a ticket for something

He even checked the tie rods/ brake pads/ u joints/ brake lines/ checked the engine over/ made my driver go forward and reverse a dozen times. WTF. trucks only plated for 26000

Dam, I think all our trucks would be red tagged if we got pulled over by that guy. That really sucks. The good thing is at least you can go fight the tickets

thats not right, you do plan to take that to court right?

That is just out of control to say the least, i really wish you could record the entire stop and play that back in the house when they vote on the bill.

On the bright side, it does look like things are going to get passed.

I know some one on here posted that all tickets are civil infractions and the penalty is limited to 250 dollars per day. Dont quote me on that because i am repeating what i "think" was posted.

Anybody here do hydroseeding in farmington hills? i need someone for a 5 acre job. best price per sqft will get the job. I am still working on the bid but need a price form someone before i send it in. My sub here in lansing is at 8cents/sqft. I will prep the soil so all you have to do is spray.
