I am walking away from the Fert business. Costs are too high, products are too restricted and I'm sick of dealing with the Dept. Of Ag. Every time fuel costs go up, product costs go up. Half the products on the market need to be applied at the highest rate to even do what they are intended to do. I'm throwing in the flag. I will sub it out and just keep calling for service calls until I get the proper amount of product applied to work.

Take it to court. Sit down with the prosecutor, bring maps, contracts and they will more than likely ease the penalty. Same happened to me at 9 mile and Taft. The HOA I was servicing was on Taft.

Lesson learned for sure!! It survived all the snow this winter, but the heavy rains this spring did it in. But as a bonus, its getting a new interior now. Hopefully we finish it up this weekend.

So if your coming from Angelos to a neighborhood south of 11 mile on Wixom road you have to go down Beck or Napier to 10 mile then back up Wixom?
