    It's rare around here to have anyone sign up for a seasonal lawn pricing. I guess things are different in GR. I guess the Metro Detroit area is a lot tighter with the $$. Unfortunately.

    Competition is huge here too, although it does not seem as bad as it is over there, and people are even tighter with thier money on this side of the state in my opinion.

    I do not think most people have a problem with a monthly rate. A seasonal rate is less common and mostly applies to commercial customers.

    Finally got another truck. Should be good for snow and leaves this year.

    Brand new 06 with plow prep and 8ft western.

    Thats not common over here. But we are still contracted to cut WEEKLY until Nov 1
