So lay it on me Michiganders...how was your 2003 season?

I personally doubled the gross from last year, and tripled my net take. I though did project for a better year, the fall (4th quarter) hurt us bad with the lack of fall clean ups from the windy weather. I came about $6,500 short of my projected gross.

    What about everyone else?

Well, being my first year and not wanting to take on more than I can chew, I reached my goal and that was to pay off all my equiptment.

I wish I could say we were complete with the fall clean ups, we have 54 left after being rained out at 11 a.m. today, and if it doesnt stop soon no work for tomorrow. 14 crews working should be done by tuesday if weather holds. Plows and salters already on so as ready for snow as we can be.

Whew, FINALLY enough to plow. We got 2-3" last night and about another 1" so far and its still snowing, so it looks to be # 2 plow tonight.
