I know you appreciate us, and I appreciate all of you. You guys do a wonderful job with this site. But this was kind of a "customer service" issue. If I was at a store and was told to "just deal with it, you didn't have to walk in the door" by an employee of a store I frequent regularly I would say something as well, and there's quite possibly a chance I would never shop there ever again. I totally understand the shutting down of the PM's for upgrades and modifications, and for reasons as you and Sean have noted. I'm not saying I am against it. It's totally cool, I just hope that this issue can get resolved and things can go back to normal.
