milatary base pricing

    i need to bid on a very small milatary housing unit it has 16 houses, a playground and some common area.. the bid is due on the 18th of this month i now short notice they need a fall cleanup any ideas. please help on the pricing first time bidder.

    from what i can tell the house dont have much land less than a 1/4 acre a piece much less and the play ground is nore more than 40' by 40' . each house is like i said a little less than a 1/4 of an acre and the common grounds total maybe a half acre (16 house in total)

    Well first think about how long it will take you to do it. I would say around $350-400.

    first thing u need to know is are you gonna be mulching the leaves or hauling them away .

    It is impossible to give you a price without seeing it. What kind of equipment are you using? I seen that you mentioned disposal, so I figure you are bagging them. How many trees? What kind of trees?

    If you are bagging them. I would say anywhere from $850 to $1250. It really depends on the amount of leaves.

    For weekly maintenance I would say around $600 per cut. I have never bid on a military project, but I would still go in and bid it like any other job. I don't give discounts and if they require a low bid, then I'm sure they would find someone. It just wouldn't be me.
