Would like to hear what MPG you get when your are trailering.

    I get a whopping 9.5 while pulling a 16ft enclosed with an F250 5.4 engine
    /4wd. (all city driving)

Our other vehicle is an F150 which is not used often for trailering but when it is, the mileage is about the same as the other truck.

Please note what veh/eng/and type of trailer you are pulling.

    Thanks for your input

10 mpg city, very short trips. 1995 F-150, 5.0, 4R70W auto tranny, 3.55 gears, 4000 pound open trailer. It was 8 mpg before I swapped the 3.08 gears for 3.55 gears.

I've got a 2005 Dodge 3/4 ton HO Diesel with 3.90's or equivalent, with a 24' V-Nose aluminum trailer, loaded down to 9550 of the 9600 lb capacity, gets about 10.

Loaded down with just 2 ztr's and the rest of necessary equipment, I push about 12ish.

I've also got a 2003, same truck, except with 3.55 rear ends, both auto trannies, and pulling that same trailer I can push out 14ish pulling the 2 zero turns.

I used to have a 2001, same truck except with 4.10's and the 360 gasser, I'd get about 7 pulling that trailer around.
