    hey pj

    need help here.
my mini z has a plastic bushing that holds the end of the steering damper which controls the speed.
was mowing this evening and the right motor/steering handle went to nothing, but was moving slowly.
i checked it all out, and the plastic bushing is shot, the end of the control arm was dangling.
if i had a parts manual i could give you the spec????
mine is a 2005, bought new last spring.
can u help me please, as my dealer is 1.5 hours away...
    thank you

The bushing is also the retaining piece that locks the dampener into place on the ball stud.
You need a new dampener, this should be under warranty.
The part # for the dampener is 783696.

Hold on a minute.... the control arm is dangling or the dampener is dangling?
The control arm bolts to the pump control arm and the other end bolts to the steering linkage.
I can e-mail you a manual, e-mail me and I will send it to you.
I am going into a meeting soon, wont be able to return e-mail until noon or so.

pj and my local dealer solved my problem-warranty issue at that.

thanks pj and mark@homeland equipment :blob3:
