Yep I completely copied plantscape with the tx thread, but I wanted to see what other Mn guys have for their businesses: employees, scope of work, etc.

Solo here, thinking of bringing on 1 part timer this season. Landscaping, mowing, apps, shrub/sm tree trim, small hardscaping projects, etc. 4th season, $30k-$40k in sales I won't give a firm figure.

Solo here, had my younger brother help me on an.install this year for a day. Now that I've got hardscape knowledge, offering everything, ill be obtaining my Fert license this year so those services will be added (wish I would have done that right away), this was my first season, just barely at 5 figures gross this year. Hope to quadruple sales this coming year.

My first season I was in same scenario as you. You are doing a nice job growing, keep it up.
