Mobile home retirement community bid?

    We are a residential service that is looking at bidding on a large mobile home park. The lots are fairly small, but there is a lot of them. Should we present the bid as a per lot per month fee, or by man hours?

    I would ask the park what they want, I would think they would want a per lot per month or a total for the park per month. You definitely need to check with them first, you don't want to be the only one that gives them a total price for the park when everyone else gives them a per lot price. They will need to compare apples to apples.
