modifying pallet forks

    Yes, it's bad enough I can't get anyone to wear PPE or hard hats. That's why I don't have employees and my subs sign a form saying they are responsible for all that. Frustrating. Sometimes the guys hop on the forks, or under them (or under bucket with it raised) and I have to stop and tell them that what they are doing is unsafe... WHAT IF something fails? I just stop until they move..

    The reason people do that is. Even if there's a mark on the tree the client can refuse it

    On some trees if any of the bark is messed up, the tree can get diseased very easily. So by picking it up under the ball, you don't have a chance of messing the bark up.

    They have adjustable ball forks. But they're expensive to use once a month

    Zab nailed it. Completely removrable too and transfers to any set of forks
