Who has had success with a 4 , 10-12 hour day schedule we can handle 150 works good and we stagger the load 45 on mon, wed, and 30 on tuesdays and thursdays allows for a good rain policy as well as extra jobs, i'd like to know what my fellow lawnsite patrons think about my set up.

Back "in the day" most customers wanted their yard cut on Friday.
The best customers would get it cut on that day.

We been doing the 4 tens for 4 years now. It gives us the makeup day if it rains, days to do our weed and ferts, and all the other misc. jobs. And the employees like the 3 days off.
