i kinda like my day job, oh wait i mean night job. it's nice to come here on those august days and bask in the AC. plus it gives me something to do in the winter. i hate plowing snow. plus i get all the overtime i want here.

i did some work for this builder last year. this year they pretty much told me here is what you are doing for us this year.

i will probably hire a helper to help me out. i already have a reliable person ligned up.

I agree that it might be a good time to quit the night job. It sounds like this guy likes you. Keep him happy and who knows what else you could get out of it. Good Luck. payup

Think twice about quiting your job. If it's one account, what would happen to you if you lose it next year?

My dad told me once, "son, problems of volume CAN be solved...it's when you have NO volume you've got problems".

are you thinking about quiting the job? If you are, I would at least have these properties then until a minimum 3 year contract
