    gotta hand it to the bosses. Id die of a heart attack in a week with that much to coordinate & keep track of.

    That's amazing attention to the details. You ought to pursue a PI career in worksite related accidents.

    we have my dad the owner who keeps track of pretty much everything. then 2 project managers who keep track of their jobs as far as schedule and materials
    and 5 superintendents who run everything to do with their job. it is easier when we have more going on to get things going and keep track of it all.

    since arp asked about south shore plazza heres some from there
    this started as a 4.5mil dollar job and ended up being more like 6 i think in total there were 120 change orders for us alone
    the grader is at my parents house i guess he had to grade the back driveway

    ron here is how you backfill the trenches
    for pretty much everything we have to compact in lifts and in 8 hours its alot to keep up to
