Hey, what are the techniques, or tips for mortaring between an edges tone product (Belgium block). I know it seems easy but I've never done. Do you place the stones then come in with a grout bag??

    Thanks

I do a footing, throw down mortar, butter the end of the brick/block, set it then strike it

You butter the ends of Belgium block? I find that hard to believe.
I install all block then come back and sling mud in the joints with my trowel and strike them.
