I am new to landscaping, I'm willing to listen, and I am really curious.

What are some tasks that consume most of your time? or what's the most important activity in your business?

providing quality service is most important without that you wont get paid what you need to be paid. To me I spend most of my "free time" doing maintenance or preventative maintenance to equipment. a machine that isnt running at 100% is costing money not making money.

How do you go about getting paid? Is there any paperwork involved? Any time consuming processes in getting paid?
