What is in your opinion the most versitile work truck out today ?????
3/4-1ton diesel. Small enough to park at the mall but large enough to pull over 10k
PS moments from now look for this thread in the truck and trailer section LOL
Hmmm, Maybe a 1/2 or 3/4 ton or so (depending on the work you specialize in), with a trailer with high mesh walls (for hauling mulch, bricks, etc.)
Or maybe a truck with the bed removed and replaced with a metal mesh "bed" and ramp.
Just depends on you situation I guess.
Isuzu cab-over for a small dump truck or flat bed.......
Easy to work on.
Great to drive and get in tight places.
Good fuel mileage, had the 4 cyl turbo with auto trans.
Did ride a little choppy.
Had the 14,500# chassis.... licensed at 16,000# Scaled at over 21,000# out of the pit several times.
Had a conventional cab Ford before...... no comparison.
