Although new to the business and staying with lawn care/maintenance to keep the money flowing in. I want to move to more of a landscaping mode. I'm interested in getting to a point where I can sub contract work out, for example; walls, ponds, sodding, lighting etc.
Is this an easy transition? What's the best way to find sub contractors?
    Any info would greatly help.

DON'T!!!! Do it yourself. There is no one as competent as yourself! Take classes or read books, but learn everything yourself, or temporarily partner with someone else. I was going to do the exact same thing this year, but my sub-contractor blew royally. I found that I could make so much more doing it myself, and everything looked so much better. It was hard trying to explain to unsatisfied clients, that I picked a bad contractor. If you don't have the man power, hire. I think others will second me.
