Mowing in the midwest

    I had a call today from a Motel in town requesting a bid on mowing and general landscaping(mulch,trimming). A referral from one of my residential customers. I don't mow but every little bit helps now. What has been the average number of cuts in Iowa/Midwest? I probably mow until October myself, would weekly mowing equal about 24-26 times not counting weather related conditions? Price I can figure. Things have been slow starting this year.

    I'm in southern WI and I bid all my accounts at 26 clips. Best of luck!

    Here in Central IL we shoot for 30, give or take 2 due to dry spells.

    we bid at 26 times in MN.

    NE Kansas and we average 32-36 weeks in a mow season.
