    Hey can anyboby tell me if i was to get mulching blades and use them with my discharge open would it just cut as if i had regular blades or cut the grass up better then the regular blades?its a scag 48'' cut 1 yr old my lawns are growing so fast i was looking to try something different i have alot of customers that must

    In dry conditions I have used gators on my Exmark and had no trouble discharging with them. Gators force the clippings back into the blade path over and over. This is how they "mulch" the clippings. I noticed in wet conditions that this caused a lot of clumping and build-up under the deck, much more than with the OEM blades.
