Ted, PM me your best mixture for DG control.
I usually don't have much problem with my constant lawns unless they sod and it comes from the farm. If I see a DG sprout up to the 4-5 tiller stage growing in my bermuda.......I rip it out.
I don't want to play with it either. Yes, playing the game of hit and miss does piss customers off but what are we to do when the hammer falls.

Now why would I want to give you the recipe for the grassy weed mix that has made me famous in this area??

That's like KFC telling you what the 11 herbs and spices are and the ratio of each.

Just kidding, PM has been sent...

    Ted,
I have seen some Dallisgrass in areas. Goosegrass is out biggest problem.
I surmise that in the next few years to come, we in the Northeast corner of the state will be riddled with this stuff.
I am happy with the quality of the turf that comes from our local sod growers. It is broadleaf, DG, CG, and Sedge free at the time of purchase. It has to be existent in the soils at the time of installation.
Thanks for the PM................Your response is safe with me. I only treat what I service.
