Has anyone seen or heard of the current status for 2008 useage?
Oh my G! That dinosaur still exists! Please! There are TOO many, much more sensible products on the market to use this 1970's technology! And although they're more expensive than MSMA, they're more cost-effective in the long run if you actually price out the cost of having to go out and re-spray your MSMA re-sprays!.....And tell me you don't know about that!
Let's begin with a few, of the tried and true, you could look at:
1) Dimension (if you get crabgrass REAL early in growth)
2) Acclaim Extra
3) Drive 75 DF
And there are new ones coming soon!
I agree. Drive 75 df with early apps = success.
Um....MSMA handles MORE than just crabgrass which Hogjaw didn't ask about.
To answer your question Hogjaw, like you, I haven't heard anything new. My suppliers are still selling it and the price is still the same so I guess no news is good news I suppose.
I Spray Mainly 1 Acre And Above Lots. I Would Go Bankrupt In Two Weeks If I Bought Dimension Or Drive. I Will Always Use Msma. Its Cheap, I Dont Have To Respray Crabgrass In Oklahoma If I Use A Sticker And Wait For The Heat. So-- I Would Like To Know The Status On Msma. When It's Off The Market I Will More Than Double Every Clients App. Charge.
If I Sprayed Mainly Tiny City Lots It May Be Cost Effective But Not In The Acreage Buisness.
Marcos Is This Question For Me?
Yes, it is.
