I ordered MSO at the suggestion of some on this forum but my supplier sent me crop oil concentrate. I know these 2 are chemically different but in practical use what are the differences?

Crop oil is a high viscosity petroleum product with inferior solvent properties compared to MSO. If you are using this for the dallisgrass/crabgrass cocktail, it is very important to use MSO. Crop oil will not make enough of the herbicides penetrate into the weeds.

I will be using it with Celsius & Certainty. I haven't been getting the results I expect out of these products. As you have suggested I am going to use MSO instead of 80/20 NI.

I actually do not use much 80/20 or 90/10 for this reason. Poor results with the newer herbicides.
