Does anyone know if any MTD LawnFlite and/or Farm King tractors were built using Briggs & Stratton opposed-twin engines in the horizontal shaft (not vertical) setup?

Specifically, I am referring to that engine in model series 401410, 402410 and 402430 (16 HP), and the 18 HP models 421410 and 422430.

If so, what would the exact MTD model series be? I mean, I know the 990 series garden tractors indicated the use of a B&S 14-16 HP cast iron single-cylinder engine, while the 995 used the B&S 18 HP opposed-twin engine.
