Which do you like better, mulch or high lift blades???
mulch. Exmark mulch kit
i use high lift, never mulch quite happy with the cut
It comes out more like muck than mulch.
My prefrence is high lifts with Gators doubled up on top.
Once I had a Bunton 36" WB mulching mower. I cut the side out of the deck with a sawzall. It mowed much better after that.
If your using a MULCHING deck, I'd prefer MULCHING blades.
If your simply cutting, ..... High Lift, fully sharpened.
Since I have never been successful at any type of mulching (other than leaves) I prefer to simply let it fly with high lifts.
high lift. I love slinging grass!
Doubles the original blades on bottom and gators on top. Are the originals what everyone is calling high lifts?
another vote for high lift, need water blades here right now, dang rain, nothing like being a little behind
Double hi lifts in the spring, single hi lift in the summer and double gators for the leaves---what a grinding experience!!!!
