    My back hates it.

The easiest money is snow removal.

Touche. I have to completely agree. KILLED IT this winter, just like everyone else. How was yours?

My back hates it too, that's why I switched to bags, load em up on a handtruck and get through it as fast as possible.

Invoiced just over 25k. My biggest property, a flea market, does their own salt or it would have been a lot more.

Awesome. I invoiced 3k on three properties, my first year doing it and didn't get the second two until January. Kinda just fell into it due to requests and I had a snowblower my parents gave me when they moved to nc. It was a pain in the ass but worth it.

Next year I'm gonna do a marketing blitz and buy a plow, see how it goes.

If you don't get enough on your own you can always sub for someone. Easy money.

I'm not worried about getting enough, there's a huge market for it, and it's under saturated
