multi year contracts

    For those of you that have multi-year contracts, do you raise the price each year or leave it the same. If you do raise the price each consecutive year, how much to you raise the price? 1%, 2%, 3%? Next year Im going to try to get some of my larger contract to sign multi-year contracts.

    We did a couple of them this year. One we kept the same for the 3 years and the other one we had to keep it the same for 2 years then we increased it by 2% for the 3rd year. Hope this helps.

    75% of my business is multi year contracts.( 3-5 years) I raise the prices every three years or every five, not every year.
