Hi guys, I am fairly new to the site and have been learning lots of stuff from everyone's posts. My husband has been in the lawn maintenance business for 14 years and I help out with payroll and money matters. He has always ran one crew, usually himself with 1 or 2 helpers. We are ready to expand to multiple crews and have lots of questions on systems and running a larger business. We are looking for someone who runs multiple crews (and who thinks it's a good idea - I've read about some who like the solo gig only), and who would be willing to consult with us. We are hoping to find someone in either the Houston or San Antonio area. These 2 areas are close to us to meet with someone, but not close enough for us to be in competiton. Thanks for any help you can offer.
