Thanks to great input from this board (see my first post here), talking to a guy that cuts large lots, and waking up to smell the coffee by going to look at the airstrips, I'm not even going to offer a bid. Good grief; it is still what I call "pasture" now...would take a 15' bush hog and tractor to do it now and probably take 6 hours at least. Also, I don't see how they already have 2 bids for work when the airstrips are not even complete? How do these guys know what they are going to be dealing with? Anyway, thanks to everyone for the input, and I'm glad I didn't have to learn any lesson the hard way on this.
