My cousin now runs the residential crew. He has three homes back to back and are good paying customers. One customer approached him and requested replacing the concrete patch on their front lawn which is approx.
5ft x 9ft. The customer is wanting a level ground for their sons basketball to land and not bounce all over the place.

I personally have never done a job like this before but my cousin has (for family and has never charged). Since landing several comm. accounts this year, I am retireing the resi accounts that have demands other than landscaping and lawn care. I have rec'd in the last two weeks requests for replacing shifted cement steps, fixing a cracked deck step, repairing a roof, heck, I even had my cousin paint a fence. With my comm accounts, its cut, trim, smoke and go.

Anyway, I am HUGE on charging slightly more so that I don't get the rep of being a jack of all trades and cheap as hell.
