I am going to bid on my first commerical property monday. I just wanted some insight from all you guys. I am kind of up in the air on this one. It is a 10 townhouse addition. The lawns in each yard are very small. I would say each one is about 750sq feet. There is a small area out front which is about 1000sq feet. So it all come to about 8500sq feet. I will probably be using a push mower to mow it because of the small areas. It is perfectly flat with no steeps at all. I really want this account. How much? Thanks

You would say they are, but I suggest you take a measuring wheel over there and measure them. It will also allow you to look like a professional instead of a newbie.

If your going to mow and edge 10 houses plus a common area, you better be getting more $75. Trimming and edging small lawns sometimes take as long as larger lawns.
