I did a roughly 4000sqft home last weekend. I used Jomax cleaner and mixed it up as instructed on the back of the bottle. I used roughly 1.5 gal of cleaner for this home and the fence around it. I fell in love with this cleaner. Here are a couple of pics.

What did you use to spray on the cleaner?

Solo backpack sprayer. it was time consuming though. I'm searching right now for better ways to apply chemicals to a house with the cheaper low end pressure washer I have. (2500psi, 2.3gpm)

Looks like the thing was freshly painted.

You will want a downstream injector (around 20$) properly sized for your machine. Will cut your time down by 50-75%. Contact Paul at powerwashstore.com. Great customer service and prices.

I think he said that his machine had one but didn't put out enough soap to be effective.

Do you have to run clean water through the injector after using bleach?

yes, i tried mixing up the solution in the 5 gal bucket and drawing it out of there and applying it but it was too watered down.

Not necessarily, but not a bad idea to try to help extend the life of it. I usually rinse mine with Bleach Neutralizer
