Today I bought a Contrail equipment hauling trailer. It's rated for 12,000lb (the information inscribed on it actually says around 13,800) and is 19 ft long with a beavertail. The dealer dropped the price from $5,500 down to $4,700 and changed my hitch to a pintle hook. I will be hauling an L48 with this rig, and later on will be getting an enclosed trailer for lawn equipment. This trailer is solid...and is my second purchase this week in putting together my equipment (I bought a used 1 ton Chevy cargo van with a 6.5 turbo diesel earlier this week). I'm gearing up for Spring 05...Tony
