I was getting tried of lifting my blower out of the dump bed, then placing on the ground to start. Then lifting back up to mount it. Same crap when done. So here's what I came up with so far. Still in the design stages, but pretty close to finished.
As it sits on trailer.Start the blower in this position

Pull 2 locking pins. One for blower and one for the swivel mount. Then turn it 90*

Walk up to it and mount

    Better view

Used an old caster and yoke for the swivel

You better get a patent on that thing quick before someone else markets it; if someone else has already marketed it sorry. Good luck; it looks like a great idea.

I agree, that is sweet. I wouldn't have posted pics of it until it was patented. How much to make me one?

VERY cool! Don't forget a little grease in the tube!:) Give us a shot when it is all done. This will make the standard blower racks inferior - by far.

Doesn't it cost alot of money to get a patent. I've designed many things and would love to retire from this on some of the things I made.

I wouldn't let this patent talk go to your head. My blower sits on my trailer on a rack just like pic 3. What's the reason you made it swivel? I seen no need for it when I built mine.

I'm pretty sure he made it swivel so while transporting, it will be facing inwards. When ready to use, it swivels and you can put it on without removing it from the trailer. I would seriously patent it and look into someone buying the patent from you.

Great fabrication- but c'mon.... this is really silly. You have to create a contraption to mount, start, swivel and put on your backpack blower???!! Seems like a bit of overkill. BUT, good work.
