Hey everyone I bought a house last summer and the lawn sucked when I bought it. Didn't want to spend the money watering and such last year during the drought and was ignorant and didn't use a pre-em last fall so now I have POA EVERYWHERE!!

Considering just starting with a lawn Reno. and going from there.

What should I do? Aereate and then seed? Slit seeder?

95% of the yards down here are bermuda and that's probably what I'll go with. It crawls and fills in spaces really well so Im leaning toward the aereate and seed tactic right now. What do you think? Thanks in Advance!!
