Robo, I hope you like yours as good as I liked mine. Make sure you clean the air filter every day! The kaws do NOT like a dirty air filter and you can tell it real fast when its dirty. If you are going to be mulching leaves you have got to try this baby with the mulcher and gators! It will do an awsome job.

awesome machine. I have been debating between the 717A and the 727A and I'm not sure which to get out of those two. I'm just worried about the trim side on the 717A that I will have to use a trimmer more around flower beds and things like that.

Both are fine machines but there were times I would like to have the extra horses with the 727. The trim side does make some difference as I can tell the difference with my 737 with the 60" deck. Have not used a 727 so I can't really say how much difference there is.

One of the local JD dealers and I were talking and he said that he sales more 717A's than 727A's. He said usually when someone wants a bigger machine they usually step up to the 737 for only $200 more. Then you have the same issue with trim side I would think. With the 737 and the 54" deck. I was quoted 717-$6,400 and the 727-$7,200.
