I just bought a 2006 Ford F-150 4x2 V6 Stick......it seems like the suspension is really soft..i was wandering if i should harden the suspension or is there even is away and if there is how?

Check out an air suspension. I want one but don't have the money right now. my toyota pickup likes to sag when loaded. the air suspensions are adjustable to what you want or need unlike the add-a-leaf systems. I think the air suspensions are pretty slick.

You could look into adding some Timbrens. They are a suspension enhancement system that really beefs up the front & rear pretty good. I added Timbrens to the front of my Chev Silverado for my snowplow last season and it made a heck of a difference. I'll post a before and after pic. Albany Spring is where I got them, they are a sponsor over on Plowsite.com.
