In my spare time this past memorial day weekend, I did a little touch-up to my own yard. What do y'all think?

Yes, we maintain around 170 lawns.

Why? Because in Oregon, Landscape construction and Irrigation Installs all but totally die for about 5 months of the year. It's great money during the growing season. But I have to do something to make money the rest of the year. Maintenance brings in year-round money. Installs and Irrigation systems only bring in money seasonally.

Another reason why is because that's where we get a lot of referrals for bigger landscaping or irrigation jobs.

And the final reason why is because it's profitable and my maintenance business virtually runs itself without much input or time from me.

Thanks for your kind words. :D

    Jim

Do your neighbors say "There goes Jim, at it again?"

And why does a guy from Oregon say "y'all"?
