Man does this thing kill my echo pb403..It'll blow at least twice as hard.

I can't wait to put this blower to use. The echo will become a backup.

Any of you guys out there have some hands on with this blower?

I have two of the older 8000 versions. I absolutely love them. Question though. How come you went with the side throttle and not the pistol grip on the exhaust tube? I have both kinds and I love the pistol grip the most.

My dealer said that they stopped making them and they sold all of the ones with the right hand throttle...I was dissapointed, but hopefully the performance of the blower will make me forget about that.

Nice unit. It would be WAY overkill for me but fun to have.

I have an 8000 and an 8001. I hate right hand throttle models.

do the 8001's get noticeably better fuel economy then the 8000's? For some reason I had seem to remember that as one of the selling points when the 8001 came out.

comparing that echo model to this is like compairing an f650 to a ranger........

If you weren't impressed, something would be wrong. It's twice as much then what you paid for the 403.

Nice blower though. We have them in the Husky 180B's and have been selling a bunch. Guys love em.
