Keep us up to date as you put some miles on it . We are looking at doing one with a 20' encosed box. What kind of MPG are you getting?

Marek, I'm getting 11.5 mpg around town(stop and go) AND DON'T REALLY RUN THE HIGHWAY A LOT, BUT THE 11.5 IS STEADY, EVERY FILL-UP.
KAJUN, GENERALLY THE LCF CAB & CHASSIS RUNS ABOUT $32,000.00 + / -
THEN, THE 8" X 18" LANDSCAPER BODY IS ANOTHER $8,000.00 INSTALLED. THAT'S AROUND $40,000.00 + / - . MY TRUCK ALREADY HAD THE BED ON IT, READY TO WORK, SO IT MAY HAVE BEEN A LITTLE CHEAPER. A FRIEND IS THE SALES MGR. AT THE LOCAL FORD DEALERSHIP, SO THAT HELPED OUT ALOT. IF YOU PRESS, YOU COULD REALLY BUY A NEW ONE, WITH THE BED INSTALLED, READY TO WORK, FOR AROUND $32,00.00 - $34,000.00, WITHOUT A SALES MGR. FRIEND AT THE DEALERSHIP.

Marek, Keep In Mind Also That A Box On The Back Is Going To Create Wind Resistance, Or Drag, So You May Not Get Quite As Good On The Fuel Mileage, Plus The Truck Will Be More Top Heavy.
