The brand is ifor williams, it's an irish manufacturer. What makes them so special (for our market, don't know how it is over there) is that they are the only one who make trailers with a torsion bar and leaf springs for smoother driving. All the other brands only have torsion bars which makes them a lot more jumpier to drive.

One more thing, over here these trailers are quite expensive. I paid this trailer 9200$ while a trailer of another brand costs around 7500$. What do you guys normally pay for a trailer this size?

That size and build quality would be around $4,000 US dollars. 3 foot sides, twin 3,500 lb axles and hydraulic drum brakes.

Wow talking about a price difference. Well, i should say that everything over here is that expensive. Gas prices are outrageous, 7.50$ per gallon. That is2500 sitting on that trailer was 16,500$. You guys are lucky :)

At this moment, the smallest area we mow is 3 acres and the biggest is 12 acres which is quite big over here. But we mostly mow 4-6 acres.

What size of lawns do you guys normally mow? I know it depends from person to person but just curious.

Your Rig is very nice. A place for everything and everything in its place! Most of the properties I have maintained never exceeded 1/3 of an acre. Although with a year round growing season on average one can count on mowing at least 42 weeks out of the year.
    Thanks for sharing.

    1) What is the tire size and each axle rating on your trailer.

    2) Does that open mesh on the gate tend to concave downwards over time from the mower tires?

    3) Are they available in a wider version without having to get a special license?

Wow we only mow around 30 weeks a year. Tire size for this trailer is 155/70 r12. I don't know if you can do something with this sizes because i think it's metric system but otherwise i can always take a pic of one of the tires. The mesh is supported with a few bars so i don't think it will concave (i'll take a pic in a few minutes). The axle rating i don't know but i'll ask next week to my dealer (maybe he knows, but normally axle rating is not mentioned, only the weight the trailer can haul). No wider version available over here since the maximum width of a trailer can only be 7.4ft (without a truck/tractor driving license). A longer version is available which is 14.5ft but i've never seen one with that size over here.
