Soil is clay. My grass looks pretty good, but one of my neighbors looks better. I've followed the lesco program in my area for the past 1.5 years. Where can improve?

"SIDE" is the area that needs the most work, and I notice the Mg is higher.

I'll be seeding and topdressing in the fall.

Anything I can/should add now? Gypsum to lower Mg% and lower Ph? Anything besides starter fert I should put down when seeding/topdressing?

    Thanks!
