Its a 1983 GMC Brigadier truck. At $9800 you cannot beat it, the thing is immaculate. Best thing about this truck is the 671 "screaming jimmy" Detroit Diesel engine.

I love those old 671 diesels. They may leak oil and scream like they have no muffler on them, but they will just run and run, like the Energizer bunny.
They are also pretty cheap to rebuild.

and expand on the landscaping side. I can get a compact cat wheel loader/trailer combo for cheap too (10 grand). I will be getting into hauling topsoil and backfill for my brothers excavation company on weekends, and then in a year I'm going full time in landscaping after I finish with my degree.

Dude is that "jimmie" one of those old 2 cycle diesels? My neighbor has an old backhoe with one and that thing is so loud it sounds like your standing behind a jet engine. Awesome!!!!!

That thing is sharp looks real nice especially for what you are getting it for. Take care of it man you can haul some serious amounts of topsoil with that rig.

They are gutless but last forever, and I love the sound. I think the engine is rated between 180-220 hp.
