Hi guys, ok I just picked up a used "billy goat htr 1600" leaf vac. It did not come with a manual. I need to know what kind of an oil filter it takes. Plug while were at it. Can someone please tell me what kind of filter and plug to get. I checked the billy goat page and the manual only has three pages. Thanks guys.

Mark the engine is a Briggs and Stratton 16 hp "Vanguard V twin OHV". Thank you.

lostmdboy. I went to the billy goat web page and this machine has only three pages of the manual up with no specifics. Its been a frustrating search.
