One of my employees left the trimmer under the trailer and when I locked up and left for a fire call I accidently ran it over. I had no idea it was their and I cant really blame him because he didnt know I would be leaving like that so the trimmer was bent in the middle of the shaft. I know I need I new shaft but I heard it might just need to get a new one. What do you guys think?

Price a new shaft and decide if the unit is worth repair !
If not purchase the same unit new and hang on to the old one for spare parts.

Some dealers have a trash pile where you can get a used shaft.
