I have a deep water well that the pump won't start. I use it to water my grass and fill the pool, that's it. The pump is about 13 years old and is only used in the spring and summer. I have 12VDC at the Square D box under my house at the tank, and I have power in the backyard at the well. (At least on one of the wires... I pulled the wire nut and got zapped, should have turned off the juice.) Anywho, does anyone have an idea what might be wrong?

    12 VDC?

Pump start relays use AC, and pressure switches should have at least 110 (if not 220) to them.
