Guess I'm wrong too then. I was thinking Montgomery Wards, as I had one that looked very similar. May have been badged seperately by the same manufacturer though.

another clue, starts with a 'C' and has 9 letters...
Really looks like an old Gravely, but I'm not familiar with that color scheme.

And you're right Kkane! Its a gravely with a front mounted PTO.
