Name this boulder...?

    I agree, I think it's granite. I can't seem to find it around here that color. The stone yard that I use says it's a Comanche boulder but I don't think that's what it is, and if it is, all of theirs are either too small or not pink enough.

    Pink Granite is often too expensive to be used this way. Could be a quarzt.

    ELS, I am guessing the cost is just because you are in Texas, in Wisconsin, that type of stone is fairly cheap. I am jumping on the granite boat.
