I'm taking the NCMA SRW test next month and wanted to know how to study ? Do you use your notes from the seminar beforehand or use an external study source ? Thx

The notes from the seminar should be enough. I thought it was easier than the ICPI and I didn't have a lot of wall building experience when I took the test.

You get a half day refresher class and the afternoon you get the test.

I got 94% out of 100. 80% or more you pass...

They should get you some educational materials during your seminar, and with those and the seminar you'll be fine. i wasn't as smart as Bill, I got a 92!

I just checked out the NCMA website and wasn't able to find where they were offering classes, anyone have any information.

I'm going in March, I hope this will help give me an edge or boost in landing some contracts. BTW here is the link for dates:

    http://www.versa-lok.com/contractor/cInstseminars.htm

These seminars are free through Versa-Lok, then at some of the locations pay $125 afterwords and you can take the NCMA certification for SRW's.

I went through Versa-Lok's online training and it seems simple enough, its what I have been doing all along so the tough part will be just trying to get their lingo correct.
